40 Days of New Testament LOVE : POWER OF MY LOVE (Elvis Presley)

Good Morning Y'all!




We took the vehicle of love out for a long ride through the early and mid sixties love songs last night. Please note, after much listening Elvis Presley wins the Saturday Night Dance Song Award for his rendition of  POWER OF MY LOVE ! But, it's a Good News Sunday type of day, and we are having a Sunday sit down with the Apostle Paul, again, and the Book of Galatians. We've isolated our New Testament subject matter and we're digging into this thing called LOVE. Please feel free to join us as we prayerfully study to get a Holy Grip on The Almighty Power of Biblical LOVE. Like most good homilist, although we love music, we start and end our study with the Holy WORD OF GOD! 


Tomorrow, we hope to be back atcha with a broad overlook of the Greek meanings of the Key Word LOVE. Have a blessed day in the Love of our Lord!

I adopted my One Word 365 for the year 2024!

  The other day, I adopted my one word for the year. This is a practice I have participated in since 2009. Sadly, most years I selected one word which pertained to something I wanted to accomplish. And, there was even a year, I selected one word of the name of a person I wanted my year to focus on. But, this year I am intentionally turning my focus to who I currently am in Christ Jesus! Since returning to the city of Murfreesboro on 15 October of 2021, I have come to understand and realize the nature of my departure (Covid Times) and the true nature of my return. Since, I was working at Screen Art, I though working there was the reason for my return, until I found myself surprisingly not fired, but replaced without reason, on January 6th of 2023. This replacement without reason, exactly a month from the date of my sister's surgery, all but destroyed our finances, as we had also just moved into a larger condo. These Days: I'm learning: How to Design a Screen Printed T-Shirt in Adobe Illustrator ! And it's so much more than this! As the language is different. I learned the basics of Adobe Illustrator while a student at Nashville State, twenty years ago. Then I used those basic skills, while working in the newspaper industry. Then, back in 2008, I started blogging. Well, here we are.  The first thing I need to get a handle on is all of the basic positions a design can be placed on a shirt!
