90 Days Through The Word - Wednesday Weekly Wrap-up (01): Rules, Rituals, Rhythm, Rhymes and Routines

Y'all! It's simply not enough to be in routine secret COMMUNITY and or members of private CIRCLES with other believers! And, It sure ain't enough to be imperfectly CONNECTED to the source through the rules and rhymes of the everyday WORD. But, please know what our Father in heaven demonstrates through his holy WORD and the line of the faithful: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is more aptly called or described as COMMUNING. COMMUNE means to focus and rely on the holy strengths and character of Almighty God! COMMUNE means to converse, talk, often with profound intensity, an extremely intimate COMMUNICATION, a ritual free rapport. COMMUNING with our Father in heaven requires a trusted CONFIDENCE in sharing all of our heart, mind and spirit with God in prayer. Prayer is the soulful rhythm of a constant and continuous breath of ideas and or sentiments between the CREATOR and the walking around CANVAS of life known as mankind.

We are CELEBRATING 150 YEARS of READING & WRITING for the entire month of July! Part of our celebration includes the sharing of 31 Black Women Writers for 31 Days of July! And, please, please be not surprised when you find me closing out the pack and the month, as not only a writer but a publisher, a photographer and a production artist extraordinaire for the cause of Christ Jesus. This is how we do it!  I did some research and it seams to me, it's been somewhat legal for black folks to read and or write for right at one hundred and fifty years or at least since 1870! Praise be to God, Anti-literacy laws are no longer  prevalent here in the land of plenty! I adopted my One Word 365 for the year 2024!

  The other day, I adopted my one word for the year. This is a practice I have participated in since 2009. Sadly, most years I selected one word which pertained to something I wanted to accomplish. And, there was even a year, I selected one word of the name of a person I wanted my year to focus on. But, this year I am intentionally turning my focus to who I currently am in Christ Jesus! Since returning to the city of Murfreesboro on 15 October of 2021, I have come to understand and realize the nature of my departure (Covid Times) and the true nature of my return. Since, I was working at Screen Art, I though working there was the reason for my return, until I found myself surprisingly not fired, but replaced without reason, on January 6th of 2023. This replacement without reason, exactly a month from the date of my sister's surgery, all but destroyed our finances, as we had also just moved into a larger condo. These Days: I'm learning: How to Design a Screen Printed T-Shirt in Adobe Illustrator ! And it's so much more than this! As the language is different. I learned the basics of Adobe Illustrator while a student at Nashville State, twenty years ago. Then I used those basic skills, while working in the newspaper industry. Then, back in 2008, I started blogging. Well, here we are.  The first thing I need to get a handle on is all of the basic positions a design can be placed on a shirt!
