Praying For Our Nation after 01/06/2021 and before 01/20/2021

Dear Lord, God Almighty: Thank YOU for all of your many blessings. Thank you for sending your one and only son Jesus Christ to save us from our sinful selves. Thank you for inspiring men and women of old to write and record your most Holy Word, so that we might know you. Thank you for the privilege to read, write, listen and speak to you through the power of prayer and your one and only appointed mediator Jesus Christ. Lord, Thank you for the land we know of as America. Thank you for the divisions of states therein. Thank you for the counties, cities and communities within. Lord, God Almighty, Thank You for all the many people created in your walk around image. Lord, Lord, Lord, forgive us for all of our many sins against you which we know and know not! Lord, Thank You for your loving kindness and everlasting mercy. Lord, Thank you for the Holy Spirit! Lord, you alone are righteous, but on this day we are covered with shame, we all the people of America and the inhabitants of these United States, both near and far, and in all the states where you have scattered us we are covered with shame, because of our unfaithfulness to you. Lord, please forgive us all! Lord, please incline your ear to us and deliver us from his hand, so that all the kingdoms of earth will know that, you alone are God. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray. AMEN!

Praise be to God, Anti-literacy laws are no longer  prevalent here in the land of plenty! I adopted my One Word 365 for the year 2024!

  The other day, I adopted my one word for the year. This is a practice I have participated in since 2009. Sadly, most years I selected one word which pertained to something I wanted to accomplish. And, there was even a year, I selected one word of the name of a person I wanted my year to focus on. But, this year I am intentionally turning my focus to who I currently am in Christ Jesus! Since returning to the city of Murfreesboro on 15 October of 2021, I have come to understand and realize the nature of my departure (Covid Times) and the true nature of my return. Since, I was working at Screen Art, I though working there was the reason for my return, until I found myself surprisingly not fired, but replaced without reason, on January 6th of 2023. This replacement without reason, exactly a month from the date of my sister's surgery, all but destroyed our finances, as we had also just moved into a larger condo. These Days: I'm learning: How to Design a Screen Printed T-Shirt in Adobe Illustrator ! And it's so much more than this! As the language is different. I learned the basics of Adobe Illustrator while a student at Nashville State, twenty years ago. Then I used those basic skills, while working in the newspaper industry. Then, back in 2008, I started blogging. Well, here we are.  The first thing I need to get a handle on is all of the basic positions a design can be placed on a shirt!
